Our History
Tikal Consulting Company was founded in 1983 by Andrea A. Angera, Jr. to provide consulting services to the business community.

Since 1992, Tikal Consulting Company has been the affiliated consulting arm of the law firm Angera & Baltz.

In addition to business and management consulting, Tikal has increasingly become involved in aviation through Angera's representation of aviation clients and his own passion for flying.

The Aviation Services Division is the support service for Command Share, an innovative aircraft ownership program aimed at small businesses and individuals. This Division has been spun off as a separate company effective January 1, 2001. It is now known as Tikal Aviation Services, Inc.

Tikal Aviation Services, Inc. entered into a joint venture with ASI Air Charter, Inc.- a leading executive charter service. Thus was born the "Air Command Executive Charter Program."

The Aircraft Acquisition Services Division remains a part of Tikal Consulting Company, LLC providing the only integrated acquisition service in the industry including: appraisals and market valuations by an NAAA certified appraiser; pre-purchase services; title, closing and escrow services; and legal services through the law firm of Angera & Baltz.
